Typically 30 minutes or so long. We will discover what keeps you up at night, what you want to accomplish, what a win looks like to you & we talk about what the coaching process looks like moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule the Discovery Session, please notify me 48 hours in advance. For Discovery Sessions booked within the 48 hour time frame, please notify us as soon as you know there is a conflict with your appointment. For paid sessions, please see the short and sweet cancellation policy provided to you.
